Migraine Trigger Foods

About 20% of Americans experience migraines on a regular basis. The statistics are lower in other parts of the world, but there is a growing trend in developing countries. Why is that? In part, the foods we consume can to blame. Studies as far back as the 1970s found that food allergies and/or intolerance played a role in the frequency and severity of migraine headaches. Nearly everyone one know that salt and foods high in sodium can contribute to high blood pressure, a condition left untreated that increases your risk of heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes. The Diet Soda Deception

There is a major misconception, even among people who try to eat healthy, that diet soda is a wise choice over regular soda. In reality, there’s no reason to be drinking either one of these atrocities.
